The evolution of a painting
I thought it would be interesting to document the painting process - This is a picture that I painted earlier today - done in acrylics - my favourite medium. It still needs a bit of tinkering, but I think it turned out pretty well!
Hi James, Yes, I do paint. Well, that's a bit of an extension of the truth, actually. I paint when I have the motivation to do so, and I have had a three year hiatus from it up until now. Like anything creative, you just need to find the motivation and energy inside you and half the battle is won. I seem to have rediscovered my love for it, so long may it last!
